I’m Chase LeSiege, and I’ve spent years obsessing over how the body and mind interact through exercise, nutrition, and recovery. What started as a personal journey in lifting, and optimizing my health quickly evolved into a mission: to share practical, science-backed strategies that help people perform better, feel better, and think better. I am currently pursuing a Masters degree in Exercise and Nutrition Science, where I can further my knowledge and become an expert in my craft.
